‘diagnose’ an event management requirement, putting in place a series of seamless operations to deliver a stated

Conference Technology
We at Ad Arte are aware that technology is key in successful event communication. We have made considerable
investments
on office technology and installed a sophisticated management software system for all back office activities
related to
event planning and organization. Our software system plays a fundamental role in processing conference
registrations
and collection of scientific papers and helps relieve the organizational secretariat from data entry work and make
communication with all stakeholders (Clients, participants, sponsors, reviewers, authors, etc.) easier and more
immediate.
At the event venue, we make a point of working with professional technical partners for the installation of multi
projection systems, multimedial screensavers, multilayer digital graphic mixers and dynamic congress APPs for
smartphones and tablets.
