Our management team has an extensive experience in event planning, design and marketing, operations and advertising.

With some 20 years’ experience to their name, Ad Arte and its founders first became highly specialized in medical and scientific events. Today, we are among the top, most reliable event organi- zers across the board, looking after the planning, organization and execution of the full range of events – from trade association conventions, training seminars, corporate sales force meetings and large scale conventions through to conferences, courses and more informal events.

At Ad Arte we pride ourselves on our entrepreneurial drive and project development, planning and problem solving capability. Meticulous care is taken every step of the way, right from the initial event concept – developed and decided together with the Client – setting out the underlying strategy and goals. All processes put in place are carefully monitored. Experienced Staff

Our work is supported by a team of qualified, motivated and continuously updated event planning professionals. Staff training aims to motivate, update and develop professional skills with a view to ensuring constant top-quality service delivery, whatever the event in hand.
Many years’ experience in medical and scientific congress management means the co-founders have a sound ability to ‘diagnose’ an event management requirement, putting in place a series of seamless operations to deliver a stated goal. This sort of organization requires:

  • Reliable specialist multilingual personnel of proven experience;
  • A dedicated account team responsible for each operational phase - on site throughout the event, and on hand at all times (the Client is always given a mobile phone contact number for any necessity);
  • A regular flow of reports and statistics to monitor progress.

Conference Technology

We at Ad Arte are aware that technology is key in successful event communication. We have made considerable investments on office technology and installed a sophisticated management software system for all back office activities related to event planning and organization. Our software system plays a fundamental role in processing conference registrations and collection of scientific papers and helps relieve the organizational secretariat from data entry work and make communication with all stakeholders (Clients, participants, sponsors, reviewers, authors, etc.) easier and more immediate.

At the event venue, we make a point of working with professional technical partners for the installation of multi projection systems, multimedial screensavers, multilayer digital graphic mixers and dynamic congress APPs for smartphones and tablets.

Ad Arte received ISO 9001:2015 certification from the independent certification body TÜV Italia Srl/ Gruppo TÜV SÜD for the design, organization and management of conferences and events, as well as for continuing medical education events (CME).
The realization of any project is constantly monitored following the methods and procedures conceived.

Ethical Code

At Ad Arte our inspiring principles are trust, cooperation and fairness, which we believe are essential for successful teamwork.
With respect to the collaboration between our staff and our external partners, we developed a Company Code of Conduct containing rules and regulations on the respect of human values in our every day work and the implementation of a consistent corporate conduct.
Our Code of Conduct also relates to the protection of confidential business information, safety at the workplace and Data Protection Analisys. It contains all prevention and protections measures put into place to ensure safety at work as well as the safety-related, organizational, physical and logical measures to be adopted with respect to personal data handling by Ad Arte.

GDPR General Data Protection Regulation

Ad Arte Srl ensures the protection of all personal Client data. All software is fully compliant with the requirements of the REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC and is constantly updated in line with technological developments.

Ad Arte Srl is registered at the Electronic Marketplace of Public Administrations, MePA, where Public Administrations can buy goods, works and services from qualified economic operators below the public procurement thresholds set by the European Union.
